LAUC-I General Membership Meeting
Monday, 8 May 2000

Present: McAdam, Broidy, Urrizola, Bube, Wong, Grahame, Riggs, Bisom, Gelfand, Sisson, Ariel, Womack, Collins, Palmer, Dooley, Yu, Wilson, Tanji, Woo, Palmer

1. Approval of March 13 and April 10 minutes.

March 13: Motion to accept draft minutes: Collins. Seconded: McAdam. Motion passed.
April 10: Motion to accept draft minutes: Broidy. Seconded: Sisson. Motion passed.

2. LAUC and LAUC-I elections. (Palmer).

Palmer presented the slate of candidates for the LAUC and LAUC-I election. Floor was opened for nominations. No nominations were made from the floor and the nominations were closed. Biographical and goal statements must be sent to Palmer by May 17.
- Ballot for LAUC/LAUC-I Election 2000: Lists all candidates for division and statewide office for 2000/2001 academic year.
- Candidate statements for LAUC/LAUC-I Election 2000.

3. LAUC-I Program (Bube).

Bube presented information about the LAUC-I program June 9,"Building Pathways for Electronic Resources." The program will end by 1:30 pm and will be followed by library tours. Continental breakfast and a mini lunch are included in the registration.

4. Spring LAUC Assembly (Wilson).

Information on LAUC Spring Assembly will be resent via e-mail by Wilson.

Meeting was adjourned by 2:00 pm, in time for the C&A candidate presentation.
