1. B. Lucas passed the gavel to A. Yang, the new LAUC-I Chair.
2. All future Executive Board Meetings will be from 2:00-4:00 pm instead of 1:00-3:00 pm.

3. Pro tem appointments.
> A. Yang is still waiting to hear from volunteers for the Cultural Diversity position. She will send notification of appointments to members via e-mail.

4. Charges to all Committees.
> A. Yang will send out charges to all committees via e-mail. Library Items will also be included.

5. Gary Rossi's Memorial Service.
> S. Tseng passed around the photo albums which will be given to Holly Rossi and Gary Rossi's father. E. Broidy went over the agenda and ceremony.

6. LAUC-I travel funds.
> J. Kaufman will put requests for travel including Professional Development and Administrative travel in Library Items.
>
7. Review Process Meeting.
> J. Kaufman wanted to remind everyone that the Review Process Meeting will be tomorrow from 10-11:00 am in the Main Library, Room 570.
>
8. Guest Speakers.
> Marion Timm will be the guest speaker for the November 14th meeting. If there are any ideas for other guest speakers, please contact A. Yang.

9. Directions for LAUC-I `95-`96.
> a) OR&DP Ad Hoc Committee status: committee's charge has been completed.
> b) There is interest to appoint another LAUC-I Ad Hoc committee after completion of the OR&DP assessment.
> c) The LAUC-I handbook needs to be updated and the status of the election process revised.
> d) P. Manaka announced UCI Rainbow Festival will be held October 31st through November 2nd.
> e) The LAUC Spring Assembly will be held at UCI. The date has not been set. The meeting will last one and a half to two days.
> f) C. Clark reminded the members that UCI is hosting the ALA Fellow from India. A reception will be held on Monday, September 18th, from 12-1:00 pm, at the Science Library, Room 104.
> g) Those who have volunteered to bring this year's refreshments to the LAUC-I General meetings are:
